How can I change or cancel an order?

At BoldkingRepeat, we make your order as flexible as possible.


Self-adjust via your account:
You can modify, pause, or cancel your order by logging into your account, go to your "orders", Personal Info or Subscription" and adjusting your preferences (delivery frequency, pause, add products, or change your shipping address). Changing an email address must be done through customer service@boldking.com .


Timely modification:
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can modify it yourself in your account up to 24 hours before shipment. Once the order is in process or shipped, no further changes can be made.


Note:
You are responsible for providing your new shipping address in time. If an order has already been packed, it cannot be modified.
